The Santa Clara County EJATC (Electrical Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee) is a jointly sponsored organization of the IBEW (International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers) and NECA (National Electrical Contractor Association) formed to train and educate the working men and women of the electrical industry in the greater Santa Clara County.

The EJATC offers Commercial/Industrial and Residential Electrical Apprenticeship Programs encompassing just about every aspect of today's ever changing industry. As technology progresses and continues to bring us new technology and refinements to our industry, the EJATC provides our members with the latest up to date training in the field. Technical upgrade classes are also offered to supplement working knowledge or instill insight into the future directions of the electrical industry.
